Terms & Conditions These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between yourself and sososimple.com. Throughout these Terms and Conditions sososimple.com may also be referred to as “we”.
Prices shown on this site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and are valid in mainland U.K. and Northern Ireland. Delivery costs are additional and are effective in mainland U.K and Northern Ireland with the exception of selected postcodes where restrictions apply.
Discounts are only available online or via telephone ordering.
We reserve the right to revise offers, prices and details at any time without notice.
We can only accept payment by Switch, MasterCard, Visa and Cheque. (we may require cheques to clear before despatching items). sososimple.com will review your order on receipt but will not collect payment until contact has been made with you. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full including delivery costs. The contract between us will not be legally binding until you have paid for the order in full and we have confirmed acceptance of your order to the email address entered by you on your order request or by telephone with you in person on the telephone number entered by you on your order request.
At the time of delivery a valid signature is required from a member of your household who is 18 years or over. You will then become the owner of the items you have ordered and sososimple.com will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Customers who shop online must be 18 years or over and have registered online with sososimple.com.
There are several delivery options available to you when you place your order. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your products within the timescale requested. If this is not possible we will notify you.
You may cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of despatch by sending either written notice of cancellation by e-mail to sales@sososimple.com, quoting your order reference number. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item but not our delivery charge.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted item to us, unused, and within 14 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted item to us at your expense. Failure to comply will mean that you will incur our recovery costs which we will deduct from any refund we owe you. Our recovery costs vary dependent on the size and weight of the product and are not the same as carriage costs from us to you.
If the item you return is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will refund you the cost of the item, a proportion of the delivery charge (or the whole delivery charge if the whole order is faulty, incorrect or damaged) and your reasonable costs for returning the item to us. Please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item you return is damaged in transit from you to sososimple.com we will deduct from any refund we owe you the reduction in value of the damage and it is your responsibility to claim the shortfall from your chosen carrier.
Unwanted item must be returned in the original condition and original packaging. Please also ensure safe transit by wrapping it in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality. If your unwanted items are bulky and/or heavy please contact our customer services Helpline on 01908 504881 for advice. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning high value items to us.
Any refund due to you will be made within thirty days of cancellation by the same method of payment used to complete your original purchase.
Products are subject to availability.
sososimple.com reserves the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. All sizes are approximate. All descriptions are correct at time of writing.
We cannot guarantee the appearance and colour accuracy of products featured on this website as this will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer. Colour of natural wood is subject to variation. Accessories featured in product images are for display purposes only and are not included in the product price unless specifically referred to.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
In accordance with UK Data Protection, sososimple.com will collect personal data that is relevant to enable us to fulfil our transactions with you. You have the right to request a copy of information relating to you that is held by us, by written request to our data protection compliance manager and upon payment of a fee. sososimple.com is operated by sososimple.com.
