Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at sososimple.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. Register with sososimple.com during your first purchase and you can set up a unique user log-in and customer code which speeds up your order process and avoids re-typing your details later.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Order" button on the right side of the products pages. Use the browser's "back" button or the "Continue shopping" button to return to the previous page. Keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the bottom of every product page.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "remove" tick box next to the product description and then click the "recalculate" button. The item will then be removed from the Shopping Cart and the total amended to take account of the new contents. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

If you have bought items from this website before you can just sign in using your email address and customer code. Enter your e-mail address and customer code, and click the "Login" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) If you are a new customer fill in your details in the form provided and then click the "continue" button.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Order now" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review the order you placed or update your profile, click the "Service Centre", at the bottom of the product pages.
